Louis Wilkerson is a book lover. Louis was born May 16, 1988 in Seattle, WA. As a young child Louis loved playing marbles outside near the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. But at the tender age of 16 Louis moved to Oahu, HI. He attended the Sylvan Learning Center. He passed all 3 years. When Louis was just 17 years old he picked up his first book becoming one of the first people on the block to read. Louis fell in love with reading so much that it became his favorite activity. At age 18 he entered a library. Even though he got lost, many library staff approached him and gave him an opportunity to use the restroom and to use the phone to call his mother to pick him up. Louis read Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire for ten months. He is now currently reading My Pet Goat and Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret. He was also featured in the library's reader of the month showcase in January 2007, as well as International Reading Association's Bookworm of the Year for 2006. He also goes by the name THE READIN' DEMON.
