There appears to be a gap of 7 years between the date given for Charles the Simple's death and Louis's successcion, is this correct ? --Imran


Looking it up. It seems complicated. Charles III was deposed at least once, and reigned twice in partnership -- I have here a Raoul de Bourgogne reigning 923-936, of which 923-929 was with Charles. Confusing indeed. -- Tarquin 22:21 Oct 15, 2002 (UTC)
