[edit] Fair Use Photos?

There are photos of Louis Caldera on UNM's website at [1] and [2]. (Same photo, different cropping.) I wasn't sure if they would be fair use or not. -Oddtoddnm 18:49, 17 October 2005 (UTC)

On further thought, I believe it would be fair use to use the photo. It is promotional, so it would qualify as that kind of fair use. -Oddtoddnm 00:16, 18 October 2005 (UTC)
