Lousaka Romon Polite (born September 14, 1981) is a NFL fullback for the Dallas Cowboys. He grew up in Pittsburgh, Pa., where he attended Woodland Hills High School. While at Woodland Hills, he won a "best interview" award from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and was a member of the PG's Fabulous 22 high-school all-star team. Polite also excelled academically and was a member of the gifted program at Woodland Hills.

Polite attended the University of Pittsburgh. There he became the first three-year captain in Pitt history and a four-year starter at fullback.
