Louisiana Highway 406

Louisiana Highway 406 (LA 406) is a state highway located in Algiers, Louisiana and Belle Chase, Louisiana. It spans 6.02 miles and runs a north/south span.

From the north, LA 406 begins as a two lane, undivided road in rural Algiers, east of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway. It then runs southward, alongside the Waterway until it enters Plaquemines Parish, where it turns due south and ends at an intersection with LA 23.
