Louis Thiroux de Crosne is Lieutenant général de Police, the chief of the Police in Paris from 1785 to the begininning of the French Revolution.
Since 1767, he is Intendant de la généralité of Rouen. Back from immigration, he's executed during the Reign of Terror, the 28th april 1794.
