Lottie Collins

Lottie Collins (1866–1910) was an English singer and dancer. She is best known as the popularizer of the song Tar-ra-ra-boom-der-ay!, which she sang on stage as she danced a skirt dance. Her daughter was the musical comedy star José Collins, and her second husband was the composer-producer James W. Tate.
