Following the mega seller Mas Flow 2, reggaeton producer Luny Tunes released Mas Flow: Los Benjamins (also known asMas Flow 3). It was labeled as the greatest reggaeton album of the year 2006[citation needed], with appearances by some of reggaeton's top names, such as Don Omar, Daddy Yankee, Hector El Father, Tito El Bambino, Wisin y Yandel and many more. Even featured was the Mexican pop band RBD. Other names include Zion, Magnate, Joseph (Yo-Seph), Dalmata, Ñejo, Arcangel y De La Ghetto, Franco "El Gorila", Alexis y Fido, among others. It also introduced the young 16 year old producer Tainy Tunes. It sold close to 1,000,000 albums in pre-sales, making it one of the fastests albums ever to reach Platinum Status.[citation needed] However, upon release, it bombed. Many people were infuriated with RBD making an appearance, and also with the songs, as very few were deemed worthwhile. It's missing other reggaeton artists featured in the previous 2 albums, such as Lennox, Voltio, Tego Calderon, Joan y O'Neill, Yaga y Mackie, and even Baby Ranks. Others criticized the non-Puerto Rican style of reggaeton artists in the album, Jean, and El Roockie (a very well known artist around Central and South America from Panama, who Luny Tunes recently signed), pointing out that they were very little known and that their songs were inferior. While others praised the album for further exploring and expanding a growing genre among all of Latin America. Overall the ablum has given much needed exposure to many upcoming artist such as Arcangel.
