[edit] Cover Versions

It was covered by Darren Hayes during the ARIA Awards Ceremony in 2003 (also, later, as a duet with Delta).

Contemporary Christian artist Jaci Velasquez has also recorded a cover version. In this version the lyrics of the song have been revised/rewritten, so that the song tells about a dependance upon God (as oppossed to a lover, in the original). The song features on her 2003 album Unspoken.
