[edit] Articles I've worked on

  • Paysage d'Hiver
This article was deleted because it did not assert notability. This is speedy delete criteria A7. Black ambient doesn't declare notability either, but I won't delete that. If you really think Paysage d'Hiver is notable, I'll restore it for you and you can add the notability assertion. Let me know if you need help. --Fang Aili talk 03:36, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
I'm sorry, but none of those links establish notability. Believe me, I'd love the article to exist, but if we allowed everything we'd have articles on everyone who could play 3 chords. No offense is meant. Cheers, Fang Aili talk 22:17, 6 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] the band does exist

I can't speak dutch but I got the main page: http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=de&u=http://www.kunsthall.ch/&sa=X&oi=translate&resnum=1&ct=result&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dpaysage%2Bd%2527hiver%26hl%3Den%26lr%3D%26sa%3DG

On Last.FM: http://www.last.fm/music/Paysage+D'Hiver

Boxed LP: http://my.opera.com/NorthernVantage/blog/index.dml/tag/Paysage%20D'Hiver

plus all the links, I have the mp3's myself if you really need proof but I don't see why its so objectionable. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Lord of nothing (talkcontribs).

I'm sure the band exists. But Wikipedia has notability guidelines, and this band doesn't appear to satisfy them. It is not enough for a band just to exist. Thank you, Fang Aili talk 18:07, 7 January 2007 (UTC)

Hey, I was re-reading your comment, and if you think there are band articles that don't satisfy notability guidelines, you can nominate them for deletion. Or just let me know and I can try to figure out what to do. Cheers, Fang Aili talk 22:35, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
