Phil Dragash, (born February 10) is an aspiring American non-professional film director. With an estimated 100+ short films to date. He has started his own non-profit corporation that doesn't really make any money nor does it even sell/distribute any form of films in terms of profit. People with internet access can view a selection of humorous dubbs and short films. Primarily the videos that are viewable are mostly located on Youtube when one searches for the keywords: Walking Tacos, Dubbs, or P.D Works. "Using Youtube is the easiest option right now." stated Phil to Wikipedia users who stumbled upon this profile, "Since I do everything myself, it will take some time and effort for me to get a website running and add many videos to it as well."

Currently, Phil is at work on a new 5-minute mood-oriented artistic short film temp-titled "Walter". the film is still in development and is currently scheduled for a December 27, 2006 release. The film will appear on Youtube.com
