With regards to the comment that this is a minor classic I offer the following which suggest that this is a severe disregard of the stature of this work [[1]] and from Kent State Libray Special Collection: "In terms of quality and significance, the work of Stephen Donaldson has been compared to the "Narnia" series of C.S. Lewis, the "Middle-Earth" stories of J.R.R. Tolkien, and Frank Herbert's "Dune" trilogy"
