Lorenzo di Pietro

Lorenzo di Pietro (c.1412-1480) was a Siennese painter, goldsmith and sculptor, also known as Il Vecchietta. He is known for painting frescos and a sculpture The Risen Christ (Santa Maria della Scala, Siena).

Lorenzo di Pietro has also decorated the Baptistery of San Giovanni in Siena and has made many other religious works.
