Lord Wolseley Elementary is a K - 6 single - track English school, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and is part of the River East Transcona School Division (RETSD).

Lord Wolseley opened it's doors in 1915, serving Grades 1 - 11. Through the course of several years, many additions and renovations were effectuated, the latest including Handicap accessbile retrofitting, and major landscaping work. As of currently, the school is two stories, and has a gymnasium and library to the side, serving approximately 150 - 200+ children depending on enrolement each particular year.

The school will hold Centennial celebrations in 2015.

Lord Wolseley previously had a French - Immersion program, which was withdrawn in 1997, due to low enrolement rates. The school now offers Kindergarten, a combined Grade 1/2 class, a combined Grade 2/3 class, a combined Grade 3/4, Grades 5, 6, as well as a Junior Multiage class, consisting of Grades 1 -3, and a Senior Multiage class consisting of Grades 4 - 6. Physical Education, Resource, Music, and Library programs exist as well.

Lord Wolseley has a staff of 22, including teachers, resource workers, office, custodial workers, and paraprofessionals. The school's current principal is Mrs. Judy Morgan.
