[edit] Quotes
Bartlet: When you say 'the Indian Army' what are we talking about? Five guys in a Humvee?
Bartlet: I should have locked her in a dungeon.
Charlie: I don't think you have one, sir.
Bartlet: I could have built one.
Leo: "Hi, I'm Leo McGarry"
Lord John Marbury:Yes, how do you do!"
Leo: We've met, maybe ten, twelve times. I'm the white house chief of staff"
Lord John Marbury: Oh Yes, I thought you were the butler"
Leo : Is it racial, your objection to Zoey going on a date with Charlie?
Jed: Hell, no. I'm Spencer Tracy at the end of "Guess who's coming to dinner"
Sam: You're a cheap hack. If you come after Leo I'm gonna bust you like a pinata.
