Born Ricky Dunigan on November 17, 1975 in Memphis, Tennessee. Lord Infamous (also goes by the aliases Scarecrow and Keyser Soze) is a member of the Memphis rap group Three 6 Mafia. Lord Infamous has been a member since the very beginning and has played a crucial part in the underground success of the multi platinum-selling group. Best known for his gruesome and violent lyrics, Lord Infamous gives Three 6 Mafia its notoriety as being ruthless thugs in their music.

Lord Infamous stands out from the rest of the group by demonstrating his supberb ability to tell horrifying stories about his "psycopathic" tendencies. Lord is arguably the most versatile rapper since he has many styles of rapping: He can tongue twist the most complex rhymes; he can be mellow and laid back; or he can be the most ruthless and sinister on the microphone by changing his voice to emulate a sort of creature from hell. Without a doubt his lyrics are definitely thought provoking and much less materialistic than the current trend in rap music.

Lord Infamous has been recording since the early 1990s with his brother and member of Three 6 Mafia, DJ Paul. Together they have several underground tapes, including the most famous "Come with me to Hell". Some of Lord Infamous's greatest solo tracks include "Anyone Out There" (Chapter 2: World Domination, 1997); "Where's da bud" (The End, 1997); "I'm Losing It" (CrazyNDaLazDayz, 1999); "Triplesix Clubhouse" (Body Parts, 1998); and "O.V." (Choices: The Album, 2001).

Although Three 6 Mafia constantly states that what they portray in their music is only entertainment, many people describe their music as degenerate by glorying sex and violence, and encouraging demonic behavior.

Currently, Lord Infamous has been away from the spotlight Three 6 Mafia is enjoying lately, but has started his own label, Black Rain Entertainment [1]. He plans to release his long awaited solo album in the summer of 2007. It is tentatively called "The Man, The Myth, The Legacy". He has stated that he is still a member of Three 6 Mafia and still signed to Hypnotize Minds, but wants to concentrate on his solo career for now.
