Lopare (Cyrillic: Лопаре) is a town and municipality in Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is situated in the Semberija region.

According to the 1991 census, the population of the Lopare (which then included the territory of today's Čelić municipality, which is in the Federation of BiH) municipality was 32,400, including:
- 17,995 Serbs (See: Serbs of Bosnia and Herzegovina)
- 12,225 Muslims by nationality
- 1,259 Croats (See: Croats of Bosnia and Herzegovina)
- 556 Yugoslavs
