SummerThunder (talk · contribs · logs · block user · block log) arrived on the English Wikipedia with complaints to make against the Chinese Wikipedia. A long discussion ensued, which is archived at Wikipedia:Village pump (miscellaneous). He was blocked for 24 hours on December 31, 2006 for making extensive personal attacks. Within 24 hours, this block was extended to 48 hours, 72 hours, and then indefinite, due to his ongoing use of sockpuppets to continue his personal attacks. As of January 3, SummerThunder continues to use sockpuppets on a variety of Wikipedia pages.

- Pages related to the Chinese Wikipedia, including:
- Pages related to the People's Republic of China and the Republic of China, including:
- Universities and colleges

- Reposts the deleted article , also and (see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/UCR mascot Highlander)
- Highlander
- List of U.S. college mascots
- Several users who have dealt with him, including:
- User:tjstrf
- User:Khoikhoi
- User:Gunslinger47
- User:Dgies
- User:JuJube
- All pages edited by the above users or anyone who assists them in reverting his vandalism.
- Usernames will often reference OCD. Accounts with such usernames should be reported to WP:AIV, where administrators can monitor their actions.
