[edit] Daughter of the dietician
Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
Lois was an overweight girl who was ironically the daughter of the school's dietician. She was described as having shaggy hair and glasses. Lois didn't belong to any particular clique and even Elizabeth avoided her, as she thought that Lois tried too hard. Yet Elizabeth wasn't overtly mean to her, and was willing to give her a chance, whereas her sister, Jessica could be very mean to her and never missed a chance to insult her.
Later in the series, she lost a lot of weight during a crash diet and gained a boyfriend.
