Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- It is a corporate logo provided by the company; no other alternative exists to identify the logo.

- It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to promote the company in any way.
- It does not provide any value that would make consumers less likely to buy products from this company.
