Manuel Antonio Cange, nicknamed Locó (born 25 December 1984 in Luanda, Angola), is an Angolan football right defender who, as of May 2006, plays for Primeiro Agosto. He is noticeable during matches due to his unique hairstyle.

He is a member of the national team, and was called up to the 2006 World Cup.

A small curiosity, in Portuguese Loco or Louco, means Crazy.
