Lo-Key Fu

Lo-Key Fu (Dave Jeavons) is a producer, performer and remixer based in Perth, Western Australia.

Lo-Key Fu has been performing live as an electronic solo act since the turn of the new century, and is most well known for writing various style of breakbeat, electrorock, tech-influenced breaks and moody downtempo hip-hop.

In 2004, Lo-Key Fu released his debut album, Itchy Techno Finger through QStik Records which received rave reviews and national air play on Triple J, FBi, 4ZZZ, RTRFM, Twin Cities FM, Base FM and Pulse FM. Lo-Key Fu then received an endorsement offer from International Software Developer Ableton (Germany) for their flagship product Live.

At the 2005 WAMis Lo-Key Fu was nominated for two awards 'Best Electronic Producer' and 'Best Electronic Live Act', winning 'Best Electronic Producer', a category for which he also received nominations for at the 2006 and 2007 WAMi Awards[1].

In June 2006, Lo-Key Fu wonThe Contender competition, an international song competition held by Title Fight Recordings[2] in conjunction with Bijou Breaks[3] for his song "Gung-Ho".
