I came across the article you started, David Bradford. I thought it was pretty good, but I have a few suggestions about internal links: 1. try not to overlink things. For example, you link Washington County, Pennsylvania, several times. Generally, especially in a short article, you only need to link once. In a very long article, a word might be linked a few times at different points, but that's usually unnecessary. 2. Be careful with common words. Places named Washington are incredibly common in the US (at least one per state) and there are 31 Washington Counties in the US. Your original link to Washington County led to a disambiguation page. You may find piped links helpful. Basically a piped link is a link where the text displayed on the page and the article title are different. 3. Always link dates containing both a month and numerical day, like November 30th. Wikipedia allows users to select how they want dates to display. In some countries, dates are usually written day-month, and in others it's month-day (30 November or November 30th). By linking the dates, the way they are displayed will change for those will different preference settings.
Also, Wikipedia style is to not capitalize section headings. Only the first word and any proper nouns in the heading are capitalized.
