Okay, so one hour ahead is correct half the year. Do people just ignore it the other half? (And how can they be sure which half?) Why should what time it is in Europe be valuable for a street clock in Britain? This cries out for further explanation. --Dhartung | Talk 04:46, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
