Question: Can Lithuanian Citizens work anywhere in the European Union, or is there some kind of work permit that is needed?
- Answer: Since May 1, 2004 Lithuania is a member of the European Union. That means Lithuanians, as EU citizens, can travel and work anywhere in EU without any visas and permits. See, for example, here. However, there is still some paperwork involved. For example, UK has a [Worker Registration Scheme http://www.ucl.ac.uk/hr/docs/wpguide_wrs.php]. So you should check with a specific country if they have any special requirements. Does that answer your question? Renata 01:14, 18 March 2006 (UTC)
Question: Does anyone have a nice audio recording of Tautiška giesmė? As motivation, you should know that the Anthem of Lithuanian SSR has some high-quality audio links! Novickas 18:58, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
- Answer: Hello. You can find one here [1] (not sure if the quality is good enough for you). From the same site I got the french traduction I used to update fr:Tautiška giesmė and was planning to add the audio file. But I am a newby with wikipedia and I still didn't investigate how to create the ogg file. I've already asked and got authorisation from the owner of the blog Gilles/Dzilis to use the audio file. If you add the anthem to wikicommon please letme know Jmnil 10:39, 28 December 2006 (UTC)

Question: The article Lithuanian nationality law is missing. Is there somebody with some experience on the matter to start a stub?
- There is a Category:Lithuanian law, which goes into Category:Law by country; for example Law of Lithuania. Novickas 15:09, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for your answer but my question was really referring to the law defining the legal condition to acquire the Lithuanian citizenship and more specifically the restriction related to the multiple nationalities. Sumilar articles already exist for other nationalities (see Nationality law) Jmnil 15:25, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
- Created the article...contains the entire text of the law, hope there's no complaints about that. The law is very clearly written, so to me it made sense to do it that way rather than paraphrase it. Novickas 17:52, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
- This discussion should probably be continued at Talk:Lithuanian nationality law. Novickas 14:31, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
