Little Susie is a song written and composed by Michael Jackson. The song featured on Jackson's album HIStory, which was released in 1995. The song tells the story of a girl nicknamed 'Little Susie' who has been killed after being pushed down a flight of stairs. The song's message is that of the hardships experienced by children who have been neglected, as Little Susie's parents and grandparents are dead.

The song is divided into three distinct sections. The first features a choir singing a melancholic tune. After the sound of a gun being cocked, a girl playing the part of Little Susie la la's the melody of the song, which is featured after this section. Michael sings to a distinctly Russian, melancholic melody, with the repeated line of "lift her with care, the blood in her hair."
