Little Busters! (リトルバスターズ！, Ritoru Basutāzu!?) is a Japanese visual novel developed by Key which will be released on July 27, 2007 playable on the PC as a DVD. Little Busters! is Key's sixth game, along with other famous titles such as Kanon, Air, and Clannad. Like Clannad, the game will be rated for everyone, meaning there will be no inclusion of adult elements as was with the original versions of both Kanon and Air. Although the game still is not released, a four-panel comic strip based on the story, drawn by Japanese mangaka Yūya Sasakiri, has been running in Dengeki G's Magazine since January 30, 2006 and is published by MediaWorks.

- Riki Naoe (直枝理樹, Naoe Riki?)
- Riki is the male protagonist of Little Busters! He is a member of the Little Busters, and of them, he is seen as the only one that is straightforward and has common sense. His parents died when he was very young.
- Komari Kamikita (神北小毬, Kamikita Komari?)
- Komari is the main female heroine in the story. She is very childish, taking great interest in fairy-tales, picture books, and candy. She is very clumsy.
- Rin Natsume (棗鈴, Natsume Rin?)
The girls of
Little Busters! Haruka (top-left), Kudryavka (below her), Komari (center-left), Rin (center-right), Mio (bottom-right), and Yuiko (above her).
- Rin is the younger sister of Kyōsuke Natsume. She is anti-social and is usually seen alone. She does not communicate well and is seen as inarticulate.
- Haruka Saigusa (三枝葉留佳, Saigusa Haruka?)
- Haruka is a schoolmate of Riki's from a different class, but despite this, always seems to find time to hang around in Riki's classroom. She is a problem child and will start an uproar for her own personal enjoyment.
- Kudryavka Nōmi (能美クドリャフカ, Nōmi Kudoryafuka?)
- Kudryavaka, also known as Kudo for short, is a girl who is not fully Japanese. Her grandfather was Japanese, and per his influence on her, she came to know much about the Japanese culture, including the language. She is very bad in English, though.
- Yuiko Kurugaya (来ヶ谷唯湖, Kurugaya Yuiko?)
- Yuiko is Riki's classmate who has a self-sufficient personality. She is sometimes seen carrying a katana.
- Mio Nishizono (西園美魚, Nishizono Mio?)
- Mio is a calm girl who is very dilligent. She is always seen with a parasol when outside. She enjoys boys love series.

- Kyōsuke Natsume (棗恭介, Natsume Kyōsuke?)
- Kyōsuke is the leader of the Little Busters.
- Masato Inohara (井ノ原真人, Inohara Masato?)
- Masato is a member of the Little Busters. He loves to work out and improve his muscle mass. His rival is Kengo Miyazawa, fellow member of the Little Busters.
- Kengo Miyazawa (宮沢謙吾, Miyazawa Kengo?)
- Kengo is a member of the Little Busters. He is skilled in the art of kendo and has a cynical personality.
- Kanata Futaki (二木佳奈多, Futaki Kanata?)
- She is the the public morals chairman at Riki's school and is the main enemy of the Little Busters.
- Sasami Sasasegawa (笹瀬川佐々美, Sasasegawa Sasami?)
- Sasami is a girl at Riki's school and is Rin's rival. Her name is thought to be a tounge twister.
