Talk:List of songs about automobiles
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I just removed "Help Me Rhonda" by the Beach Boys because there is no car in it, unless Rhonda was Brian Wilson's car, and I really doubt it. Carptrash 01:09, 11 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Little Honda and Born to Be Wild
Little Honda has to be a motorcycle song because Honda wasn't mainstream in the automotive market. Plus, the lyrics go, "1st gear, it's alright, 2nd gear, lean right" Why would you lean in a car?
Born To Be Wild is commonly associated with motorcycles.
- that was my thought too, so, I'm going to take it off the list. Carptrash 05:12, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Additions
Added "Wink & a Smile" by Harry Connick Jr. and "Red Cortina" by The Saw Doctors --Cantabwarrior 13:22, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] I suggest attempting to write the album the track is off of if possible
it makes it easier to find info about the song, saves people an additional google.
