[edit] Full names vs. Common names

I added R&B artist Usher to this listing. I investigated, and found him listed under his full name, Usher Raymond on this same listing. I would have not known him under his full name (prior to finding his full name in the Wikipedia). Following the results of futher research specifically, Madonna, I added Usher. But for consistency, Full name vs Common name entries, which is more acceptable? (With reguards to the "List of people by name" category)

Adding sounds right: dupe entries are good, where more than one form of the name is well known.

Re-reading, i see i should have added that "commonly used name" is a general standard, whereby Usher Raymond is a redirect to the (disambiguated) stage name Usher (entertainer). Within LoPbN, it goes without saying that as long as it's a bio article, it belongs under its title (but often with the name inverted to put the surname first, which aids access by keeping, e.g., Ed Roberts close to Edward Roberts, rather than them being separated by all the Edgars, Edmunds, and so on, and about half of the other Eds and Edwards. But besides that, every entry that pays for its contribution to distraction and effort to reach the desired part of the list (by meeting a very subjective standard of likelihood to be used by bio seekers) is welcome.
