  1. my Google search may have been ineffective (even tho it did get hits that included diacritical marks i did not supply), and
  2. the formating involved in restoring it would be a little hard for many users to reconstruct. (An admirably bold attempt at formating it at the time of the original addition nevertheless came out dreadful.)

The subject of the article appears non-notable (and may amount to an ad). In any case, 2 of the only 3 Google hits were other people; i didn't want to struggle with a no-HTML Acrobat site that's likely to be in Spanish, especially since a single hit probably falls far short of notability no matter how good it looks.
But maybe someone with Spanish facility can better do justice to the subject of the proposed bio.
