Since Sukarno is properly lk-ed and filed on Su, i have (in an edit currently at [1] but not yet having a permanent URL available) replaced the entry under discussion, with

*[[Susan Auch|Auch, Susan]], (fl. 1998), Canadian Olympic speed-skater

which is presumably along the lines originally intended.
