First of all, I only did the top oil-consuming states on the .xls spreadsheet, due to lack of time. Most of the countries of the world are listed there and could be added here. It would also be interesting to have a per-capita list. -- Beland 05:55, 5 September 2005 (UTC)

From what I know, most of the states in the world consume oil, except maybe Antarctica, which is uninhabited. Maybe you should rephrase the title to make it more about the highest to lowest list instead of just a list of all the countries.--Zxcvbnm 00:41, 9 September 2005 (UTC)

You should add a year as well, so you can keep a yearly list of the amount of oil the states consume. --Zxcvbnm 00:43, 9 September 2005 (UTC)
