Talk:List of modern deathrock bands

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I replaced Malice in Leatherland and added several new entries.

In my opinion this list should be comprehensive and while there is some bleedover into other genres we should include modern (1990-present) bands which are commonly heard at deathrock nights, perform at deathrock festivals or who are otherwise generally known or thought of as deathrock (or who are very similar to the genre). This includes bands that may not be nationially known.

People seem to keep confusing Horror Punk, Psychobilly and Deathrock. I'm going to trim the list down a bit, to notable, undeniable Deathrock bands. Alot seem to be purely vanity additions. - Deathrocker 16:23, 6 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] geographic confusion

Abbreviations for locations need to be better organized. Does CA stand for Canada or California? Maybe it should be area, country, i.e. CA, US or NRW, DE
