Nelson is a South Island city?

I was going to add some town main st's but should this article refer to towns as well?

As it says at the top of the page: The following is a list of the names of the main streets of New Zealand's cities, and of the larger towns in New Zealand known unofficially as cities (see List of cities in New Zealand for explanation). Nelson is traditionally known as a city (and was a city for many years), even though it is now officially a town. it might be worth expanding the list to include larger towns, but that would requie a name change, and it could end up with a very long (and not particularly encyclopedic) list. Ok, will edit back my change to remove the town. I have gone with Lake rd being the main street of North Shore as for Takapuna (and therefore the North Shore CBD) it & Hurstmere rd certainly are GrantB 05:21, 29 March 2006 (UTC)
