Editing Guidelines |
Please remember these guidelines when editing a film article:
- If a non-film article already exists with the name of the film that you are trying to create an article for, disambiguate and use (film) in the title: Film Title (film)
- When writing an article about a particular film, the general format should be a concise lead section, followed by a plot summary of no more than 900 words, production details, a cast list, a reception section, and references.
- Create an Infobox that tells all pertinent information about the film.

[edit] Inclusion of Fourteen Days in May on this page?
Fourteen Days in May (1988) is a BBC TV documentary. It is not a 'film', in the sense that it was never released theatrically, only broadcast. Does it belong on this page? --LDGE 22:50, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
- If I Had A Million (1932) shows a man going to the electric chair (because he is guilty and could not afford a good lawyer); The New Land] (1972) (Sweden) shows 38 Native-American Sioux/Santee being hung en masse, (which really did happen on Dec. 26, 1862). Both films were removed from the list. Why? 204.80.61.10 17:07, 30 January 2007 (UTC)Bennett Turk Thanks for putting the two movies back on the list.204.80.61.10 17:55, 30 January 2007 (UTC)Bennett Turk
