Are any of these actual embassies, or all they all consulates. I was under the impression that all foreign embassies in the United States were in Washington. If any of these are actual embassies, then that should be noted as such. If not then perhaps this page should be renamed? Blackcats 07:46, 24 October 2005 (UTC)

I see now that the article says that those with links are embassies, but when I went to the links, they identified themselves as consulates, not embassies. The consulate general article states that "a consulate (or consular office) is a form of diplomatic mission in charge of matters related to individual people and businesses, in other words issues outside inter-governmental diplomacy." If it were to deal with inter-governmental diplomacy, which I don't think any in Houston do, then it would be an embassy. Blackcats 07:54, 24 October 2005 (UTC)
