i just made a bunch of additions, but then the article became completely unreadable. so i tried to introduce subheadings per decade, but it still didn't even fit the screen, because so many attacks were focused on some years in the mid-eighties. so i settled for a year-by-year subheading structure. problem is the list of subheadings is too long now... i don't know if there are sub-subheadings or something, but whoever can find a way to make this article readable, please do. You've done a great job, Arre, thank you. I've been intending to add a couple every day, but given how prolific he was, at that rate it would take a few years to finish. I think it's good as it is. It isn't pretty looking, but it's easy to negotiate. I briefly contemplated adding an attack template to the page, and I started the one to the right a few months ago, but it didn't look good, and I had trouble squeezing in a complete description of the attacks. At least with their own page, we can say as much as want about them. SlimVirgin (talk) 06:57, 18 November 2005 (UTC)

ok, then we'll just leave it like that. though we should probably point a redirect page here for "manic-obsessive slaying of jordanian diplomats".
and we should consider to ...
  • write something more comprehensive (in the main article) on which governments backed him, and when they did it. that's important because of the mercenary behavior of the ANO, and some attacks seem to be nothing more than hit jobs for qadhafi.
  • do something about the Fatah-RC article, or completely merge it into this one. i think it could function separately, but right now it is not in any way original.

(oh, just remembered... wasn't ANO operatives suspected in the lockerbie bombing? that's not in the list.)

As far as a decent header list goes, there is something that might work on the railway accidents list. I'll bring it over here and try it, if people don't like it, then revert me.--Jackyd101 21:03, 30 April 2006 (UTC) After doing the headers I looked through the list. The bold thing needs to be looked at, it looks a little strange, most incidents have vague dates, which should be cleared up, and all these incidents need references, they needed to be shown to have been linked to Abu Nidal at some stage, finally several years have been neglected and must be fleshed out. These things need changing, otherwise this list won't work.--Jackyd101 21:09, 30 April 2006 (UTC)

OK, had a go myself, and added a bunch of new incidents and references, but if anyone can reference the rest then please do so, because this is a very interesting compilation which needs authenticating. --Jackyd101 14:07, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
