I am not sure if I detracted from the original intent of this page, which may have been specifically dealing with the 1996 census. If so tell me. If not then there were a few "neighbourhoods" that i chose to omit but may legitimately be up for inclusion, them being... Polo Park , Downtown Winnipeg , The Forks, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
