Does there need to be the stating of New South Wales, Sydney and Australia for every row. Wouldn't the list be easier to use if Just the name of the suburb is in each row and not the generic place name.
Please say here what you think about this and I am willing to make the large scale changes required to remove this problem from the list.

[edit] Further Improvements
I suggest that the table should look like the section below and that the List should be split into 3 sections, not the currently defined 2 sections, as this will make the table easier to use than the currently defined layout. Please say if the changes I have described should be implemented or not.
