Talk:List of Melungeons

This list is very speculative. While there has been some suggestion of Melungeon connections with Ava Gardner, Abraham Lincoln, and Elvis Presley, I am not aware of any connection with Tom Hanks or Steve Martin. Please correct me if there is some supporting information for those two. Heather Locklear is a descendent of the Lumbees. Some have suggested a conection between the Lumbees and the Melungeons, but Ms. Locklear is a recognized Lumbee.
