[edit] Notes

^  Only Phantasy Star Online Ver. 2, an update of the first Phantasy Star Online, was released in the U.S.
^ $80 for EverQuest includes EQ Classic and 10 expansion packs. EQ classic can be purchased as a stand-alone for $10, but only the in-game continents of Faydwer, Antonica and Odus (the three original continents of Norrath) will be available for play. The Plane of Knowledge is now also available with EQ classic.
^  The game itself is free to play forever, but you can earn certain benefits if you register for a one-time fee of $25.
^ Only subscribed members of RuneScape are allowed to play RuneScape Classic.
^  Only the First Basic account is available for free. The Additional Basic account requires a one-time charge of $9.95, while the Premium has a $9.95/mo charge.

[edit] Added Dofus

I am an active member of MMORPG.com so I decided to help you with the list. IF you dont want me to, fee lfree to delete my entry but please send me an email explaining why.

I added Dofus to your list, great work! Dofus is NOT under development, and allthough it was oriented to the French market during its first year, it has international servers since November 2005, pretty much like all those Korean games on MMORPG.com.

The other rahter noticeable difference is that Dofus is pretty much the only MMO out there whose characters looks like taken out of a MANGA movie.
