[edit] New species
This is an ICPS article on the existence of new species (2003). Wasn't sure if that'd be helpful or not to anyone, since I haven't exactly figured out the different classification systems and how they disagree. Hope that helps. -Rkitko 03:51, 18 April 2006 (UTC)
- Hi Rkitko. Thanks for the link! I will integrate these new species when I finish the article. Currently I'm just working on translating it from de. When I've completed that, I'd like to look into the different classification schemes (I think I'm tending toward Jan's scheme, but I'm not sure yet), and make sure newly described species have been added. --NoahElhardt 04:44, 18 April 2006 (UTC)

- Hope things are going well in the translation (marvelous talent you've got there; wish I could comprehend more than one language). I was browsing through the ICPS website, considering joining, and found a few articles there on new species. Sometimes, though, I wonder how many of the new species are legitimate and how many just represent the eternal struggle between lumpers and splitters. When the time comes, I'll be happy to delve in and do some research and discuss the different classification systems. Something I need to learn about anyway! Best, -Rkitko 05:02, 18 April 2006 (UTC)
