I removed names from the list of Colombian scientists. I've never heard of them (I'm from Colombia), I guess somebody put those as a prank.

I've noticed someone who has been making bad changes to this article, not only putting prank names like mentioned above but putting opinions the "political" section not only making rude comentaries and speculations but making Colombia look bad.

If someone could help correct this article and then protect it, it would help us to provide a better quality in information about Colombia.

I've added several Colombian scientists who are not exactly household names, but whose contribution as measured by citations in NCBI/PubMed is substantial.

For scientific matters, yes; i think those household names along with those who have made contributions to science should be mentioned but I think some sections here need some cleanup Minako-Chan* 16:38, 25 July 2006 (UTC)

I for one would like to know if indeed it is true that Aryn rules. I have never met him. Can anyone shed some light? Chaosbaker.
