A MI-26 on charter for Dyncorp in Afghanistan crashed last december. NATO held a ceremony for the deceased crew : http://www2.hq.nato.int/ISAF/update/Press_Releases/newsrelease/2006/pr061210-349.htm

Shouldn't this crash be considered a "coalition" loss? Comments anyone? Hudicourt 23:43, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

There was also an AN-32 cragh with US Drug agents on board. Does that count ? Hudicourt 23:45, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

I would consider both to be worth of mention, perhaps following the Iraq example and making a section at the bottom of the article for Privately-Contracted Aircrash Losses or something along that vein. Sherurcij (Speaker for the Dead) 00:33, 8 March 2007 (UTC)

I moved a previously posted MI-8 crash to the "contract aircraft losses section since it was not a military helicopter, even if some Dutch military personnel died on board
