Talk:List of Clone High minor characters

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So, I have a few ideas:

First, I'm not sure if many of these characters merit their own pages. For example:

  • "Jimi Hendrix -- Drastically diverges from his clonefather in that this Hendrix clone is closely associated with drugs and the electric guitar"
    • It seems a bit too joke-y for an encyclopedia entry.
  • "The Brontë Sisters -- They always wear sunglasses, even at night"
    • Not really terribly insightful. Also, they don't even have lines. Do they count as real characters?
  • Mother Teresa -- Makes a 'teen-slasher-sex-romp' film for the school film fest
    • Again, she isn't even shown on sceen ever; only mentionned. Does she deserve to be listed as a character?

I would count the 'Clone High minor characters' as the foster parents, the teachers, and the guest stars. It seems like many of these people would be best served on a page titled 'Other Clones at Clone High' or something similar. 'Characters' seems excessive.

  • Update: I'm actually going to revoke this part of my comment. I suppose anyone who appears on screen counts as a character, and "minor" is a pretty good description of their contributions. I still believe their descriptions need to be drastically edited. --Gpollock 05:38, 2 June 2006 (UTC)

Also, sections that only contain characters from one episode (ie. 'Inventions of Gandhi's Subconscious' and 'Snowflake Day Mascots') should probably just go on the pages of the relevant episodes.

These are some pretty dramatic changes, and I am new at this, so I would like some feeback before I even think about implementing any of these changes. Any thoughts? --Gpollock 02:28, 31 May 2006 (UTC)

I suggest that we seperate seen characters from the characters only mentioned. The characters only mentioned could, if necessary, be moved to the pages for the episodes where they were mentioned.Lordz 13:51, 21 June 2006 (UTC)

Anyone else think this page needs some serious cleanup? The descriptions of the characters are horrendous. Might I suggest we have no descriptions or at least better thought out ones? TrackFan 20:44, 26 December 2006 (UTC)
