Created cause my friend and colleague Josh left on the plane tonight and forgot a paper with all this useful information. Instead of sending (or scanning and sending) the paper I thought it would be nice to have the list perpetualized (and extended) on Wikipedia. :) Guaka 00:59, 1 May 2005 (UTC)
