The is the list of recurring kid characters from the American teen sitcom, "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide."
[edit] List of Secondary Characters
[edit] Suzie Crabgrass
(Played by Christian Serratos). Suzie is one of the most popular girls in school, and who Ned has had a crush on since the second grade. She appears to return Ned's romantic interest(most of the time), but has got distracted by other love interests, namely Seth Powers and Billy Loomer in Season 1 & 2 respectively. However, after finding Billy two-timing her with Missy Meanie near the end of the second season, Ned and Suzie are moving to another state in the final episode. Moze is her chief rival, on the sports field and in the classroom, although it is often implied they could be best friends if they weren't so incredibly competitive. She does however start a sort-of friendship with Moze eventually, sparked by Mosely's supportive comments about Crabgrass's participation in the 'Lunch Program'. Additionally, she's a former Student Body President, and co-captain of Polk's volleyball team with Moze. In the episode Embarrassment Suzie was caught farting in front of the whole class, so Ned stood up for her and said it was him. In the episode Friends Moving Suzie moved out of state because her father's job was relocated. It is currently unknown if they may ever get back together again.
[edit] Seth Powers
(Played by Alex Black) Seth is a major player on Polk's basketball team, and obsessed with the sport. He has a very low I.Q and is very rarely ever seen without his signature basketball (He is seen one time without it in an episode about reading where instead of spinning a basketball he is spinning a pile of books). Moze has had a long time crush on him, and even dated him for a period during the second season. As well as Moze, he has also dated Suzie Crabgrass (and was Ned's main love rival in Season 1), Candy Manderson, and Stacy Oboe. Seth also has an inexplicable fascination with rhyming, the color orange, and corn.
[edit] Lisa Zemo
(Played by Rachel Sibner). Lisa is a nerdy, but sweet girl with only 23% use of her sense of smell. Thus, she's constantly taking sniffs from her nasal spray. She also has a not-so-secret crush on Cookie, and constantly schemes to spend time with him, not always to Cookie's pleasure. Lisa was also the 7th grade class treasurer, because she was uncontested. In season 3, on the first day of eighth grade, she came to school without glasses or her nasal spray (she says she got contact lenses and a new allergy medication). She also got a new hairstyle and more stylish clothes. Since then, she has become the resident love interest of the less popular kids and Cookie (He even calls her "The new hot Lisa Zemo" when he sees her on the first day of eighth grade). Coincidentally, Cookie and Lisa both had their braces removed before showing up for eighth grade.
[edit] Coconut Head
(Played by Rob Pinkston). Coconut Head is an extremely sweet kid with a last-minute Mom job haircut (which, oddly enough, he never grows out of). Because of this, he's considered somewhat of a bully's favorite, and has a habit of throwing up his hands when unnerved, usually screaming in terror, and often in tears. Coconut Head is an extremely talented singer, with an unnaturally operatic voice for a kid his age. Coconut Head's real name has never been revealed to date, and is referred to by his nickname by his classmates, teachers and even the yearbook. Fans speculate his real name is Coconut Head, although his real name could possibly be Charlie. Coconut Head was the only recurring character to appear in all 13 episodes of the first season, but his role has dropped in importance in the second season. This is highlighted and made fun of in the 'Valentine's Day' episode: "When you're me, you'll take all the attention you can get."
[edit] Billy Loomer
(Played by Kyle Swann). Billy Loomer (also known as Bully Loomer, or just plain Loomer) is Polk's resident bully, who, despite a penchant for acting tough, has an extremely senstitive side. This is usually seen regarding his one-sided crush for Moze. However, he dated Suzie Crabgrass for the majority of Season 2 (after Ned accidentally set them up at the climax of the first season), but this ended after Crabgrass discovered he was two-timing her with Missy Meanie (whom he only dated because she had a swimming pool). Loomer's main "victims" are Ned, Cookie(though at times, they seem to have a friendly rival attitude to each other.), and Coconut Head. He is known to go to extreme lengths to keep his "bully" title, as shown in season 3. Moze and the Huge Crew are the only students that can intentionally intimidate him. A few times mentioned in the show reveals his real name is Billy. He is also afraid of ghosts.
[edit] Crony
(Played by Matthew "Teo" Olivares). Crony originally started off as a background character for Loomer, but eventually grew to become a regularly appearing character. Similarly, over the course of the show, he's grown to be less viewed as a bully, but more of a character who hangs around with Loomer, still, both he and Buzz were quite willing to cash in on Cookie's bounty for Loomer's pants. Crony is a "closet" member of the school's sewing club, and has often been described by Mr. Monroe as the finest sewer in the school. However, in the "Secrets" episode, he attempted to tell Loomer about his secret membership of the Sewing Club several times, but was foiled each time he tried. To date, his membership is still a secret to Loomer and most of his posse. He has tried twice to date Missy. In "Nicknames", his first name revealed to be Jerry.
[edit] Martin Qwerly
(Played by Tylor Chase). Martin Qwerly, is renowned for his extremely fast speed of talking, and the seemingly endless list of topics he can talk about. He was the 7th grade vice-president, but acted as president due to the actual president being the infamous weasel. It was revealed in the "Tutors" episode that Martin is part of a large family, where each sibling's name starts with the letter "M". Martin was also revealed to be "Le Forger", the school's greatest note forger in Season 1, however, this fact remains secret to nearly the entire school. He is quite adept with several instruments. He seems to be somewhat unattentive, as evidenced by when Suzie didn't want to listen to him for hours, she pulled a cardboard cut out of herself out of her locker and walked away, with Martin none the wiser. A few scenes later we see Martin still talking to the cutout not knowing it is a cutout, and even telling the Suzie cutout that she was a "good listener". This act was later repeated by Ned with Martin's older sister, Margaux, to exact measures. In the "Cellphones" episode, Martin was in a video conversation with Moze for 197 minutes without her knowing.
[edit] Missy Meanie
Played by Carlie Casey). Missy Meanie is a cheerleader, and one of the most popular girls in school. Introduced at the start of the second season, she is usually seen ridiculing and making fun of the less popular kids. She is mortal enemies with Moze, due to Moze receiving more valentines than her on Valentine's Day, and likewise fell out with Suzie Crabgrass when she secretly dated Billy Loomer. Missy also started her own rival guide to Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide - Missy's Declassified School Survival Manual - in the "School Clubs" episode; however, it was short-lived. She also went out with Ned in the "Dares" episode. She is also revealed to have a huge crush on Ned in Season 3. She has gone through several different plots to get him to like her since this season, making her character appear quite often in recent episodes. She tried to get Suzie to not like Ned, but her plan backfired. Ned and Suzie end up going out. She lost her position as the most popular person in school to Cookie and Albert Wormenheimer when they personally changed the list to put themselves in the top ten. She is now 73rd.
[edit] The Huge Crew
(Doris Tremblay, Mandy Crew and Sandy Crew, played by Jennifer Hyatt, Jherimi Carter and Cathy Immordino respectively). The Huge Crew are a group of female bullies, who oddly all have a major crush on Ned, and even went as far as to set up their own Ned fan-club, "Club Ned". They are all 'huge' as well. In the School Clubs episode they put a sign on the door of "Club Ned" which read, "totally cool club that Ned will love club" to get Ned to come in. It works and Ned goes in.When he comes in he finds 'Club Ned'. Strangest of all is that even though Ned doesn't return their affection, one guy does: Coconut Head, even though they constantly beat him up! Moze was also a member of The Huge Crew for half a day. One member kissed Neds name on the wall of a girls bathroom stall. They have yet to appear in Season 3.
[edit] Albert Wormenheimer
(Played by Stephen Markarian). First appearing in the second season, Albert Wormenheimer is an extremely stereotypical nerd who hears a voice in his head. He was part of Ned's math study group at one point, and has been known to be a huge nose-picker. The actor who plays Wormenheimer was originally cast as Boogie (later renamed Cookie) in the original version of the show, but the part was recast when he was judged to be too tall for the part. In Episode 3, Season 3, Albert Wormenheimer developed a popularity list that created an uproar at Polk. Cookie then convinced him to move their names into the top ten, knocking Missy Meanie down to position number 73 in the process. His name implies that he is of german/jewish descent.
[edit] Claire Sawyer
(Played by Brooke Marie Bridges). Claire Sawyer, Future Lawyer is exactly what she says on the tin, already practicing her own version of law around the school, and has helped many of the characters in sticky situations on several occasions. Just as Coconut Head, she appeared far less in Season 2 than in Season 1. Whenever she introduces herself like this to Ned, Cookie, or Moze, they all respond, "Claire, we've known you since Pre-K". She makes a very short, one line appearance in the season 3 episode, "Lost and Found," and in the episode "Revenge" in season 3. She appeared in a longer role in season 3's episode "Extra Credit." Whenever it was said that, "You're going to need a lawyer to explain this one," Claire introduced herself and gave them her card. Everytime, she was sent off by "Claire, I was just making a point." When Ned really did need a lawyer, he had to say over and over again, "I think I could use a lawyer!" When Claire still did not respond, he yelled, "Claire!!" She then appeared from offscreen with an exasperated look on her face.
[edit] Evelyn Kwong
(Played by Michelle Kim), also deemed Evil-yn by Cookie, is revealed to be Cookie's rival in academics. She and Cookie fiercely compete to be the smartest kid in school, with Cookie turning out to be the undisputed winner in the end. She and Cookie share an accidental kiss in "Dismissal"; later in the episode, it was revealed that she has a crush on Cookie as she gave him another kiss. Cookie is left in shock for the rest of the episode. She appeared in the episode "Art Class" in which she slapped Ned for painting an "inappropriate" picture. In a funny blooper scene, it is shown she accidentally really slapped Devon during one of the takes. In the episode "Boys" Evelyn goes to Moze for advice on attracting boys. Some say that her character is a stereotype, as she is an Asian who wishes to be the smartest kid in school. She is one of the newest additions to the Ned's Declassified cast.
[edit] Other recurring characters
[edit] List of other recurring characters
[edit] Buzz
Buzz (Played by Reccie Cannon). Another one of Loomer's followers. For the first two seasons and for a part of the third, he seemed to have had no independent thoughts and simply copied Loomer. During that time period, all he really said was a few small interjections. In "Volunteering", he made his first actual statement about the good of volunteering and that it makes the world a better place. Crony says, "So that's what he sounds like!" and Loomer points out that he hasn't talked the whole time he has known him. After those comments, he said that the reason he didn't talk was because "Everything has been fine up to this point." hottie
[edit] Backpack Boy
- Backpack Boy (Played by Kendre Berry). Unsurprisingly, Backpack Boy is famous for his constant carrying of an extremely large and far-too-heavy backpack. He has a major crush on Claire Sawyer and is referenced in several episodes as being a superhero. In the episode "Class Clown" he became the class clown near the end, for an extremely short period of time.
[edit] Timmy Toot-Toot
- Timmy Toot-Toot (Played by Kelli Miyata). He is renowned for his explosive flatulence, but has the 'decency' to warn the student faculty by exclaiming 'toot-toot' before he does so. Last appeared in the season 3 episode "Embarrassment" where he heard Ned had farted and thought Ned was trying to steal his "thunder". Timmy told Ned that there is only one "Master Blaster".
[edit] The Killer Bees
- The Killer Bees (Played by Krystal Acosta, Sean Michael and Carlos Pena). The much hated super-spelling gang of the school. Cookie once temporarily joined the Bees himself.
[edit] Chandra Taylor
- Chandra Taylor (Played by Marquise Brown) Chandra is rarely seen, but is a friend of Moze's, but not the best friend Moze is looking for.
[edit] The Oboe Twins
- The Oboe Twins (Played by Alex Hoover and Addison Hoover) Identical twins Stacy and Tracy are always in each other's company. Ned and Moze once tried to make them Ned's possible girlfriend and Moze's possible best friend, but after being separated, they began copying off of other students rather than off of each other.
[edit] Stu
- Stu (Played by Landon Taylor) Appeared as an extra in the first season, but became a recurring character in the second. Very good natured, but thought of as a slight 'sheep' due to his penchant for joining groups.
[edit] Allan Abba
- Allan Abba (Played by Jesse Heiman) Large ruddy-faced, bespectacled Polk Student. A background character since the start of the series i.e. (guy Missy shoos away from desk to talk to Ned in "Popularity") The actor has also appeared as a student extra in That's So Raven, Zoey 101, and Drake and Josh. His name is an obvious pun on M*A*S*H star Alan Alda.
[edit] Faymen Forchun
- Faymen Forchun (Played by Vinicius Machado) Exchange student from Brazil whom is Moze's current crush in the 3rd Season. His name is obviously a play on the phrase "fame and fortune". He almost moved back to Brazil in "Friends Moving" when his parents thought he was depressed and his grades were falling. Then Crubbs revealed to Faymen's Parents and Moze that he was in love.
[edit] Vanessa
- Vanessa (Played by Logan Browning) An eighth grade girl in Cookie's math class who he tries to get a date with, and hides the fact he's in only in the seventh grade. Only seen in Season 2.
[edit] Bitsy Johnson
- Bitsy Johnson (Played by Spencer Locke) Appeared in Season 1 as one of the popular girls, constantly getting Ned and company in trouble. She had somewhat of a Missy-like role, but did not appear at all after the first season.
[edit] Jock Goldman
- Jock Goldman (Played by Ben Hogestyn) Moze's on-off boyfriend. Dated Moze at the start of Season 2 just to win back another girl, but did agree to go on a proper date with her at the climax of the season. However, broke up with Moze when seeing Moze and Ned kissing accidentally at the 'Around the World' dance in the season finale.
[edit] Scoop
- Scoop (Played by Vincent Martella) The fast-talking, Yankee accented, school photographer.
[edit] Snake
- Snake (Played by Garett Yoshimura) Student seen almost exclusively in gym scenes. Easily distinguished by his wearing of an eyepatch. Coincidentally (or a possible reference), the main character of the video game Metal Gear Solid 3 is also named Snake who, later in the game, wears an eyepatch.
[edit] Doug Secksay
- Doug Secksay (Played by Paul Diaz) is the most popular kid in school. He is rarely actually seen due to the large group of groupies surrounding him, however in "Valentines Day", his groupies leave him. His body is seen from the back, but the camera never actually shows his face. His name is a play on "sexy". Interesting note: In the Season 1 episode "Elections," he spoke to Coconut Head with a stereotypical "surfer dude" accent, but when he had longer speaking roles in the Season 2 episode "Valentine's Day," he had a stereotypical Hispanic accent.
[edit] Candy Manderson
- Candy Manderson (Played by Vanessa Werkheiser) A cheerleader and one of Missy's best friends.
[edit] Matthew Palmer Noid
- Matthew Palmer Noid (Played by Cameron Monaghan) Appeared in the episodes "Upperclassmen, "Failing" (dressed as a leprechaun to help Ned pass a test) and in the season three episode "Art Class". Palmer is a mischievous hyper red-headed 6th grader only calmed by classical music. In his first appearance, he stole pants from various people (including Sweeney), and yet Ned would always get in trouble instead of him. In "Art Class", he works for Cookie to make clay bowls as gifts for Cookie's family. His catchprase is, when he finds something stupid, he says "Cheesin' (what ever he finds stupid)"
[edit] Tyke
- Tyke (Played by Cameron Scher) Appeared in Season 3 episodes. He was the kid that Lisa said tripped her.
[edit] Morris Adams

- May, June, and Julie, are girls that appeared in "Dares" who Moze thinks are robots.
[edit] Lance Widget
- Lance Widget is a conceited smarter student who says "moron" a lot. Appeared in "Tutors" and "Revenge". A quote of his from "Tutors": "I knew this stuff in kindergarten while you were pickin' your nose and eatin' it!" Ned was looking for a tutor in science, but couldn't stand how Lance flew off the handle when Ned said he didn't understand something (although he should've understood that was the reason why Ned was there). According to him, his last name is pronounced "wi-JAY". This might mean he is French-American, or it could be that he doesn't like the way his name is supposed to be pronounced and snaps at anyone who correctly says "widget."
[edit] Mary Belle Lewis
- Mary Belle Lewis, who appeared in "The Library" is a kid that looks like a 6th grader who eventually becomes Moze's friend.
[edit] Becky Sherwood
- Becky Sherwood, is a girl who appeared in "Seating", "Popularity", and "Girls". In "Girls" she talks like a man.

[edit] Sylvia Gumpopper
- Sylvia Gumpopper is a girl who Moze tries to become friends with until she couldn't even talk to her because Sylvia popped her bubble loudly a bunch of times because she had a really big number of pieces in her mouth. (Her yearbook photo shows her blowing a bubble)
