This is a list of fictional characters in the Cartoon Network animated series Camp Lazlo.

[edit] Main Bean Scouts
Lazlo
As the central character to the series, Lazlo is the fun loving, free-wheeling Brazilian spider monkey, who lives at Jelly Cabin with Raj and Clam. He's cheerful, idealistic attitude and overactive imagination towards solving problems doesn't always match Scoutmaster Lumpus' idea of how things should be done.
Raj
One of Lazlo's bunkmates in the Jelly Cabin at Camp Kidney.
Clam
A small, quirky, somewhat oxymoronic Albino Pygmy rhino who is Lazlo's other bunkmate in Jelly Cabin.
Edward Platypus
A stickler for the rules, Edward is a platypus with a big, fat grudge against anyone who doesn't follow them.
Chip and Skip
The two clueless dung beetle brothers, Chip and Skip are usually the ones who help Edward carry out his schemes(Not knowing what's really going on).
Samson Clogmeyer
An accident-prone neat freak guinea pig.
Dave and Ping Pong
A set of long-necked, identical twin loons, except that Ping Pong is taller.
The Lemming Quadruplets
These teal-colored lemming quadruplets named Larry, Leonard, Louie and Liniment

Scoutmaster Algonquin Celirat Lumpus
Lumpus (pronounced Lümpus, voiced by Tom Kenny) is a moose who is the scoutmaster of Camp Kidney and lives in Scoutmaster's Cabin with his assistant Slinkman. He hates Lazlo from Jelly Cabin.
Slinkman
Lumpus's assistant, Slinkman is a quiet, nervous banana slug.
Commander Hoo Ha
The true leader of Camp Kidney. Often summoned by Slinkman. He gives inspections which brings the whole camp into a nervous wreck, and before hand was only mentioned in the series.
Chef Heimlich McMuesli
Camp Kidney's cook, vegan, and health nut.
Nurse Leslie
Camp Kidney's nurse, who's usually seen with a cup of coffee in his hand and a rather bored expression on his face, and almost always seen in his roller chair.
Lifeguards Pierre and No-Neck
Camp Kidney's otter lifeguards who assign swimming buddies based on how they do in a test.

Patsy Smiles
Patsy Smiles is an upbeat, chipper mongoose who has a huge crush on Lazlo and will pounce on him any chance she gets. She has bright pink hair, wears a blue dress with a red vest and brown shoes. She lives at Acorn Flats with her Scoutmistress and other girls.She can be easily irritated. In "Snake Eyes," she claimed to be experienced in Martial Arts. Though she confessed shortly that they're all just lies in attempt to impress Lazlo. She loves snail bathing, and can be tomboyish sometimes (possibly inherited such behavior from her father). Patsy enjoys reading scary stories to her friends, because she likes scaring people. With the exception of her scoutmistress, it is likely that she is the leader of the Squirrel Scouts. This is due to fact that she's often in command and the other girls follow her as shown in "Beans Are From Mars," "Dosey Doe," and "Marshmallow Jones." In the episode "Valentine's Day", it has been proven that Patsy and Commander Hoo-Ha are related as father and daughter. In the earlier episodes of the show, Patsy and the Squirrel Scouts were kind of like enemies towards the Bean Scouts. The episode "Dosey Doe" is most definitely the last sign. Beyond that, they are good neighbors. She also likes to flirt sometimes with Lazlo. Patsy is voiced by Jodi Benson.
Nina Neckerly
Nina is a scholarly yellow with brown dots giraffe who is best friends with Patsy and Gretchen. She has orange-red hair, wears large glasses, a blue dress with a red band with orange dots and brown shoes. She lives at Acorn Flats with her Scoutmistress and other girls. She is the tallest Squirrel Scout. She has a penchant for Science fiction books and comics and is frequently seen reading one. Her favorite magazine to read is Tales to Stupefy as shown in "Burpless Bean." She was the co-founder of Lazlo's Nothing Club and was the only Squirrel Scout seen in attendance. She danced with Lazlo there. In "Dosey Doe," she danced with Raj. She is soulmates with Chip and Skip. Jill Talley provides Nina's voice.
Gretchen
Gretchen is an aggressive and perpetually irritable alligator, who lives in Acorn Flats with her Scoutmistress and other girls. She rounds out the trio of main Squirrel Scouts. She has dark blond hair, wears a blue dress with a red vest with orange dots and browns shoes. Among the Squirrel Scouts, she is the most tomboyish and the most hateful to the Bean Scouts. She is mostly in a bad mood. She also has been known to help the Squirrel Scouts win tug-of-war against the Bean Scouts through dirty tricks (mentioned by Edward in "Love Sickness"). Clam once had a huge crush on her when he caught lovesickness, and possibly still does. She even danced with Clam in "Dosey Doe." However, she has a crush on Edward (mentioned by Patsy in the episode "Squirrel Seats" and hinted at in "Temper TeePee"). She argued with him in "Taking Care of Gretchen" but seemed to enjoy it. Gretchen is voiced by Jill Talley.

Ms. Jane Doe
One of the leaders of the Squirrel Scouts, Jane Doe is a ditzy and scatterbrained doe, who is completely oblivious to Scoutmaster Lumpus' infatuation of her.
Ms Rubella Mucus
Ms. Rubella Mucus (also voiced by Jill Talley) is a warthog who hates the Bean Scouts.

Sheldon is a blue hippo scout from Camp Kidney who lost his dignity the most.
- Chuck/Ted
Chuck is a little pink pig scout from Camp Kidney.
- Norman
Norman is a whitish bighorn sheep scout, who lives at Camp Kidney with his Scoutmaster and other boys.
- Fred
Fred is a dark blue walrus scout from Camp Kidney but according to Raj his name is Harold, although Fred tells him that's not his name. He is the most frequently seen minor bean scout.
- Gordon
Gordon is a dark brown bear scout from Camp Kidney.
- Wilbert
Wilbert is a light brown beaver scout from Camp Kidney.
- Mort
Mort is a very lightish gray pelican scout from Camp Kidney.
- Bill
Bill is a light periwinkle aardvark scout from Camp Kidney.
- Ignatious
Ignatious is a light grayish hedgehog scout from Camp Kidney.
- Lemuel
Lemuel is a light grayish opossum scout from Camp Kidney.
- Kirkpatrick
Kirkpatrick is an off white persian cat scout from Camp Kidney.
- Larrison
Larrison is a grayish stork scout from Camp Kidney.

These are the secondary characters of the Squirrel Scouts.
- Almondine
Almondine is a wise beige owl. She has dark brown hair and wears large glasses like Nina. She's usually seen with Patsy, Gretchen and Nina. She loves maths, theater and movies. Her head, like all owls, has been seen rotating 360 degrees. This is exhibited in "Squirrel Scout Slinkman". In "Swimming Buddy" Almondine is seen siting with Honey and Amber. In "It's No Picnic" she met the Camp Kidney's Scoutmaster and called him "Lompus" instead "Lumpus". In "Marshallow Jones" she is also seen with Patsy, Nina, Gretchen and Amber. Almondine is also seen in "Miss Fru Fru" and "Squirrel Seats". Almondine is voiced by Jodi Benson.
- Toodie
Toodie is a little light grey squirrel with tall purple hair. She is the smallest Squirrel Scout. In "It's No Picnic" Toodie helped Ms Mucus and Terry in throwing the watermelons at intruders. In "Squirrel Seats" she is also seen singing next to Amber and Honey. She also appears in "Dosey Doe", "Miss Fru Fru" and "Squirrel Scout Slinkman". Toodie is voiced by Tara Strong.
- Amber
Amber is a light blue rabbit scout with the curly light pink hair. In "Swimming Buddy" Amber is seen sitting with Almondine and Honey. In "It's No Picnic" she met the Camp Kidney's Scoutmaster and called him "Lompus" instead "Lumpus". In "Marshallow Jones" she is also seen with Patsy, Nina, Gretchen and Almondine. In "Dosey Doe" Amber appears with Suzie and Honey. When Raj images himself as DJ, Amber is seen watching him in "Nothing Club". In "Squirrel Seats" she is also seen singing next to Honey and Toodie. Amber is voiced by Tara Strong or Jill Talley.
- Honey
Honey is a light brown bear scout who has light blond hair. In "Swimming Buddy" Honey is seen with Almondine and Amber. In the end of "It's No Picnic" she's also seen with Nina, Gretchen, Amber, Suzie and Almondine. In "Dosey Doe" Honey appears with Suzie and Amber. Although the dance party held in the Bean Scouts' mess hall ended in an explosion, Honey and the other Squirrel Scouts appeared to approved it. Her remark to that was "That was like so cool!" In "Love Sick," Honey joined Patsy, Nina, Almondine and Gretchen in the tug-of-war event. In "Squirrel Seats" she is also seen singing next to Amber and Toodie. Honey is voiced by Tara Strong or Jill Talley.
- Suzie
Suzie is a purple-grey poodle scout with curly black hair. In "It's No Picnic" she is seen with Amber and Almondine. In this episode she meets the Camp Kidney's Scoutmaster and called him "Lompus" instead "Lumpus". In "Dosey Doe", when Patsy and Gretchen throw Raj and Clam back to Camp Kidney, Suzie is seen watching next to the catapult. In this episode she is also seen with Amber and Honey. Suzie is voiced by Tara Strong or Jill Talley.
- Terrifield
Terrifield, aka Terry, is a fat light green tapir scout, who lives at Acorn Flats with her Scoutmistress and other girls. She has curly bright pink hair, wears a blue dress with a pink band like Nina and brown shoes. In "It's No Picnic" she helps Ms Mucus and Toodie in throwing the watermelons out. Terry is voiced by Tara Strong or Jill Talley.
- Unknown Squirrel Scout
This nameless scout is a red-haired gopher scout from Acorn Flats. She is the most cheerful Squirrel Scout. She wears a blue dress with a pink vest and brown shoes. She lives at Acorn Flats with her Scoutmistress and other girls. In "It's No Picnic" she helps Ms Mucus, Terry and Toodie in throwing the watermelons out. She is voiced by Tara Strong or Jill Talley.
