[edit] Season 2

# Title Airdate Overview
1 "Green Creatures"

Chris and Martin arrive in Animal Junction to find the junction filled to the brim with plants and trees. Zoboo builds a "Green Speaker", a machine that humans (and lemurs) can use to communicate with plants. The Kratt Brothers go to an old fortress in India that is being overgrown by vines and weeds.

  • From this show on, Zoboo is portrayed by a new puppet. You can tell the difference between this puppet and the one from Season 1, as the eyes are larger, there is more white hair around the head, and Zoboo's head is more circular rather than triangular.
  • This is one of two episodes where the "Mystery Animal/Creature" is not a real animal.
2 "Brain Power"

Chris and Martin enter Animal Junction with several boxes, all of which contain parts for an Invisible Machine (a machine to make its user invisible). The machine is eventually constructed by the brothers (who are assisted by the chimpanzee Brainiac and Zoboo), and is tried out with hilarious results.

  • One of several episodes in which the brothers build a wacky machine.
  • First appearance of Brainiac.
3 "Bovine"
4 "Snakebellies"
5 "Humans"

A large kindergarten school class comes to Animal Junction, where Zoboo asks them to teach him to be a human. The kids (along with Chris and Martin) teach Zoboo basic things about being a human, such as how to dress, how to eat, etc, until they finally ride to the kids' school.

  • This is the only episode where Zoboo accompanies Chris and Martin on their expedition.
  • This is one of two episodes where a bunch of kids come in to Animal Junction (the first episode is Playtime).
  • This is one of two episodes where Amy and Jackie don't appear as Animal Helpers.
6 "Zoboo the Super Lemur" 2001

Zoboo sees a picture of a superhero, and wants to be a hero, too. With the help of the Kratt Brothers and two black bear cubs, Zoboo turns himself into a strong, witty, quick, (but not necessarily smart) "super lemur".

  • Footage of Zoboo getting knocked down by the closet door is used in the later episode Pop Goes the Tiger.
  • This is one of two episodes where Zoboo assumes a role as Super Lemur.
  • Muscles and Muscley are two of four bear cubs that visit Animal Junction during the show. The other two cubs are Grizzlies called Long Claw and Tough Tooth.
