After nearly six months of jailtime, Ricky and Julian come back to find the trailer park is a disater following the cancelled wedding. When he learns Lucy has recently become involved with Randy, Ricky decides to change his life by getting a job as a security guard. This, however, gets in the way of Bubbles' shopping cart scheme.

Julian and Ricky have to make sure that Jim Lahey wins the election for trailer park supervisor over their archrival Sam Losco.

Needing extra cash to expand their dope operation, Julian and Ricky open a bar and casino in J-ROC's trailer.

When their dope plants become infested with insects, Ricky and Julian quarantine the surviving crop in Bubbles' shed, leading to a fiery conclusion.

After their release from prison, Ricky and Julian are not only free men, they're rich, thanks to their huge dope sale to the prison guards.

Ricky wins the new position of Temporary Relief Assistant Trailer Park Supervisor as Randy is suspended. He then must choose his friend or his new boss, Mr. Lahey.
"If I Can't Smoke And Swear I'm Fucked" Mike Clattenburg May 4, 2003 16
Ricky, Bubbles, and Julian open an illegal gas station in Sunnyvale. The plan is for the girls to sell tickets through their hair salon, while Cory and Trevor steal the gas to feed the demand. Randy and Lahey try to catch them on tape but since the cameras are in plain sight they are able to pin the crimes on Corey and Trevor. This episode features a great dramatic courtroom speech by Ricky.

The boys decide to throw a rap concert in celebration of J-Roc's new CD. Things take a turn for the worst as J-Roc is caught in a compromising position, making him a joke of the park. Then his "blackness" is called into question by a fellow rapper who was tipped off by Lahey and Randy that J-Roc stole his songs.

When ripped off on buying Rush tickets, Ricky "borrows" band leader Alex Lifeson for tickets. Bubbles gets to play backup to Rush onstage in concert!
"Where in the Fuck is Randy's Barbeque?" Mike Clattenburg May 25, 2003 19
The boys conspire to get rich by hiring kids to help them steal barbeques, as minors are protected under the Youth Offenders Act. While smuggling the barbeques, one of which is Randy's, they are caught by Officer Erica Miller, who happens to be one of the kids' mothers.

It's the anniversary of Mr. Lahey getting kicked off the police force, on another drinking binge. This isn't good for Randy, Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles.
"A Shit Leopard Can't Change Its Spots" Mike Clattenburg June 8, 2003 21
Julian, Mr. Lahey, and Randy go to jail for three months, after committing battery and assault in public. Ricky stays with Trinity while Bubbles, Cory, Trevor, Lucy and Sarah go on the cruise.

Julian is released from jail only to discover that Ricky has become the new supervisor of Sunnyvale Trailer Park. Ricky and Bubbles (assistant superviser) have been carrying out various illegal activities.

Julian is broke and tired of Ricky's illegal plans and decides to leave the trailer park where he ends up living in his car in an alley. Meanwhile, Randy will do anything for a store-bought cheeseburger.

Julian, Ricky and Bubbles open a massage parlour in the park. J-Roc and DVS (Detroit Velvet Smooth) attempt to get J-Roc arrested to increase his "street cred."
"The Green Bastard" Mike Clattenburg May 2, 2004 25
When Ricky (now Park Supervisor) plans to have a carnival in the park to get rich quick, Bubbles immediately starts training as "The Green Bastard", a superhero wrestler from "parts unknown." However, Randy and Lahey find a way to ruin everything by discovering a loophole in the contract.

When Bubbles has a toothache, he tries everything to get rid of it. Julian tells him that he must go to the hospital, but Bubbles, who is afraid to go insists that "Conky" should come with him. Conky is a puppet that Bubble's made that often insults Ricky. Meanwhile, Lahey and Randy must deal with Bubbles' cats.

Ricky, Julian and Bubbles discover a mountain lion in their marijuana field eating their weed.

The boys plan to smuggle the dope and sell it across the province, in hopes that "Freedom 35" will get them rich. Randy breaks up with Lahey, who becomes increasingly dependent on liquor and plans to kill Ricky. To be continued.....

Summary

Picking up from last episode, the boys are forced to harvest their crop by holding Rita MacNeil and her entourage hostage to help. A hostile stand-up ensues between the police and Lahey, who is out of his mind and plans to shoot Ricky. It's up to Randy to stop the violence and convince Lahey to turn himself in. Lahey spends the next month in a rehab center with Randy, who promises to help him as he gets off liquor. Bubbles (Driving with a fake license), Julian, and Ricky (Possession of dope) go to jail for two months, but Bubbles gets to keep a kitten in his cell. Meanwhile, Cory and Trevor have one final twist up their sleeves for the boys when they get out. There is a new park supervisor and owner, but it's not who you think.....
